Christ. Congregation. Community.

At First Church, we are a community united by faith, dedicated to spreading love, understanding, and healing. We believe in the transformative power of compassion and the enduring strength of our shared human spirit. Our doors are open to all who seek guidance, support, and a sense of belonging in their spiritual journey.

Our Mission

“Influencing the community, Impacting the world”

We believe the church is called to be more than a place—it’s a movement of people living out the love of Jesus every day. Our mission drives us to serve locally, reach globally, and share the hope of Christ wherever God leads.

Our Beliefs

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our foundation for truth, instruction, and daily living.

We believe in one true God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things and is holy, loving, and just.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again, offering salvation and eternal life to all who believe in Him.

We believe the Holy Spirit lives within every believer, guiding, teaching, and empowering us to live a godly life and to serve others.

We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It cannot be earned by good works but is freely given to those who trust in Him.

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers. It exists to worship God, grow in faith, encourage one another, and share the Gospel with the world.

We believe baptism is an outward expression of an inward faith, symbolizing a believer’s new life in Christ.
We observe communion as a remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice and His love for us.

We believe followers of Christ are called to live lives of love, integrity, and obedience to God. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we strive to reflect Christ in our actions and relationships.

We believe in eternal life for all people—either in the presence of God through salvation in Jesus Christ or separated from Him. Jesus will return again, and His Kingdom will have no end.

Everything we believe points back to Jesus Christ and our mission:
“Influencing the community, Impacting the world.”
